The second installment in the RPG saga about the Witcher, Geralt of Rivia, features a thoroughly engrossing, mature storyline defining new standards for thought-provoking, non-linear game narration. In addition to an epic story, the game features an original, brutal combat system that uniquely combines tactical elements with dynamic action.
A new, modern game engine, responsible both for beautiful visuals and sophisticated game mechanics puts players in this lively and believable world. A captivating story, dynamic combat system, beautiful graphics, and everything else that made the original Witcher such a great game are now executed in a much more advanced and sophisticated way.

- Heroes do not change. The player once again act as the main hero saga by Andrzej Sapkowski - witcher Geralt, a professional hunter in all sorts of evil.
- A new level of freedom. Three independent storylines randomly intertwined. All the key events are directly dependent on the actions and decisions of the player, who as a result will lead to one of several endings.
- "Human" world. All events in the world of "The Witcher", related, have their own cause and effect, and every NPC acts depending on their goals and beliefs.
- Individual Style. Combining the three parameters of the character - the sword, the art of magic and alchemy - you can create a hero by the desires and attitudes of each player.
- Plenty of options for development. The new system mutagens modifies the effects of each skill, depending on individual preferences. Craftsmanship is able to create almost two hundred items, including armor, gloves, belts and leggings, as well as choose the best equipment.
